  • The Gateway is an essential component for managing the high volume of data transactions in a veterinary hospital. With immense amount of data generated from various sources such as heart rate, respiration rate, Spo2 and temperature, the Gateway acts as a traffic soother.

  • You can download the application from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

  • The Animal Hospital package includes Small, Medium and Large sizes in one package. If you need a larger size (XL), we offer a Velcro strap in the size of 42~67cm

  • To change your strap, follow these steps:

    1. Ensure that the sensor and Velcro strap are facing upward (where the adhesives are located).

    2. Take one end of the Velcro strap, where the loop is located, and insert it into the pogo pin on the sensor.

    3. Then, take the other end of the strap, where the plastic mold is, and insert it through the hold on the sensor.

  • It is important to ensure a comfortable fit while strapping your Sense 1 onto your dog’s neck. We recommend leaving enough space where you can fit two fingers between your dog’s neck and strap. This ensures that the strap is not too tight, allowing proper circulation while attaining proper health data.

  • The Sense 1 is qualified with IPX6, which means it is resistant to water splashes. However, it is recommended to avoid direct water contact when cleaning. Instead use a soft cloth slightly dampened with alcohol to gently to remove and foreign matter.

  • No, Sense 1 Vet edition is specifically designed and intended for veterinary use. To access the App and Web account for Sense 1 Vet Edition, veterinary proof is required. This ensures that the product is used and accessed by licensed veterinary professionals, enabling them to provide specialized care to their animal patients.
